For several years now, Bas Kosters has been exploring societal and social issues through his work. The evening will begin with an introduction to his work and methodology, followed by an opportunity for you to create a small art patch/quilt that you can later sew onto your own clothing, essentially turning yourself into your own gallery.

Bas Kosters is a significant source of inspiration for young designers. Kosters designs from his own illustrative visual language and employs nearly all possible disciplines: drawing, painting, collages, sculptures, dolls, installations, products, jewelry, graphic design, photography, music, performances, and theater. In his work, Kosters addresses current societal themes such as overconsumption, race and gender issues, and beauty ideals.

Costs: € 7,50
