2. Applicability
2.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, legal relationships and agreements under which the Organiser supplies products or services of any kind to Buyer, even if these products or services are not (further) described in these General Terms and Conditions.
2.2 The applicability of other conditions of Buyer is expressly rejected by the Organiser.
2.3 Parties can only agree changes to the General Terms and Conditions in writing.

3. Realization of Agreement
3.1 The Agreement comes into effect after the Buyer has purchased one or more Tickets. Organizer provides the Tickets via the box office or ticket shop.
3.2 The Buyer must always use a correct (email) address when making the reservation.
3.3 If the Buyer chooses to receive Tickets electronically, the risk of loss, theft or misuse of the Ticket rests with the Buyer from the moment the Tickets have reached him.
3.4 If there is doubt as to the accuracy of the data entered by Buyer when placing the order, The Organiser may contact Buyer using the data entered by Buyer. If the Organiser cannot reach Buyer and therefore cannot verify the data, Organiser may proceed to cancel the reservation and still sell the Tickets to another Buyer.

If the Organiser doubts the accuracy or validity of the data entered by the Buyer when placing the order or the means of payment used by the Buyer, it has the right to cancel the Buyer’s reservation and still sell the Tickets to another Buyer. The Organiser will endeavor to inform the Buyer in such a case.

4. Tickets
4.1 Tickets can be booked by a Buyer via the Website or at the box office of the event.
4.2 The Tickets supplied by Organiser are and will remain its property and will be made available to the Buyer.
4.3 Without the prior written consent of Organiser, it is not permitted to:
i. Sell the Tickets to third parties or provide the Tickets in any other commercial manner directly or indirectly to third parties;
ii. Offering the Tickets in commercial communications – in whatever way – or referring to the Tickets in any other way;
4.4 If the Buyer acts in any way contrary to the Organiser’s General Terms and Conditions, the Organizer may invalidate the Tickets; holders of those Tickets will, in the relevant case, be denied access to the Event without being entitled to compensation.
4.5 Organiser reserves the right to place a maximum on the number of Tickets to be booked/purchased.
4.6 The prices for Tickets may be higher than the prices printed by Organiser on the Tickets due to possible additional costs for e.g. transaction costs and/or delivery.
4.7 Additional booking fees may vary based on the method and time of purchase. All costs will be shown in the booking basket. No other costs will be charged other than those shown.
4.8 Tickets give access to the booked Event only if the Ticket is provided with the QR code.

5. Liability
5.1 The Organiser provides no guarantee of the (artistic) quality and content of the Event and the course of events in or around the Location and accepts no liability whatsoever on this basis.
5.2 With the exception of the other liability provisions in these General Terms and Conditions, the total liability of the Organiser on account of attributable failure to perform, or on account of a wrongful act, is limited to compensation for direct damage up to a maximum of the amount that was or could have been charged to the Buyer for the Tickets, unless the damage is the result of an intentional act or omission and/or gross negligence on the part of the Organiser or its subordinates.
5.3 If and insofar as the Event is cancelled by the Organiser or the Venue Holder, the Organiser will never independently reimburse the Buyer for Entrance Fees.
5.4 Under no circumstances can the Organiser be held liable for any damage suffered by the Buyer as a result of death, injury, accidents, injury, loss, damage or theft prior to, during or as a result of a visit to the Event or the Location.

5.5 If and insofar as the Organiser cannot fulfil its obligations to the Buyer in whole or in part as a result of force majeure, the Buyer cannot derive any right to compensation from this.
5.6 Organiser does not accept any liability for loss of or damage to Tickets by the Buyer due to any cause whatsoever. In the event that an Organiser is requested by the Buyer to provide replacement Tickets, the Organiser is entitled to charge costs for this.
5.7 To the extent that Organizer’s liability is excluded or limited, this also applies to the liability of the subordinates and/or assistants of Organiser.
